To identify possible human-rights, environmental and governance risks along our coffee supply chain is a key aspect of our due diligence approach. We strongly encourage any person or interest group who is part of our coffee supply chain to report any wrongdoings or concerns. We will make sure to investigate and respond to every reported complaint appropriately.
